Additional Terms & Conditions
1. Unless otherwise stated – terms are strictly cash with order.
2. The dealer undertakes to provide a 1-year guarantee for faulty workmanship & parts. The Fridge Factory Warehouse undertakes to replace parts which have failed under normal conditions (not misuse or abuse). This is the only guarantee given by The Fridge Factory Warehouse . Damages suffered and consequential damages are specifically excluded. Travelling, labour and consumables are for the dealer’s account.
3. Ownership of goods sold remains the property of The Fridge Factory Warehouse until fully paid.
4. All prices exclude VAT.
5. Prices quoted are ex-Midrand warehouse and do not include transport costs.
6. A handling fee of 15% will be charged for goods returned, if supplied correctly as per customer order
